Directory Services

This service is only for websites currently in our directory. A Premier Listing allows you to add a description and image of your website to our directory for a one time fee of $19.99 plus tax. This contract is between Austinone.com and you. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this contract, please do not use our services.

************************ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ********************
By using our services, you are entering into a binding and enforceable legal agreement with Austin Internet Directory (www.austinone.com) as set forth below. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement. In this agreement, the terms "Client" and "You" mean you and the company or entity which you represent.

1.0 REQUEST FOR OUR SERVICES
Austin Internet Directory / Austinone.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular request.  Your request is subject to our review and final approval.  Submission eligibility will be based on having and maintaining our "MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA".  If you meet our "MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA", we guarantee you will be listed in our directory.

2.0 MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum requirements must be met and maintained to have continued listing in our directory. In the event your site no longer meets our "MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA", it will be removed from our directory without refund.
 
Your site must be for a business or business like entity that is located in the Austin-metro area- this applies to branches and offices.

Your site cannot contain inappropriate,unsuitable or offensive material.  This includes but is not limited to sexually explicit material, material promoting violence, discrimination, hate, and or illegal activities.

Your site content must continue to match the category in which we initially categorize it or it will be removed from our directory or recatgorized to an appropriate category.

Your site (your url) cannot be used to redirect to another site. This can adversely effect search engine ranking.

3.0 RIGHT TO REJECT
Austinone reserves the right to decline or remove your site from our directory without refund if it does not meet or no longer meets our "MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA" or adversely effects the ranking of Austinone.com.

4.0 PAYMENTS
Ausinone will charge your credit card using PayPal based on the services you select.  All amounts are stated in and all payments will be made in US funds.

As previously stated, any Client site that is removed from the our services due to violation of the Terms and Conditions or "MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA" will receive no credit or payment.

5.0 YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO US
You represent that you are the authorized owner or representative of the website for which you are requesting our services.  You (applicant) represent that your site does not and will not infringe on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, or intellectual property rights.  You represent that you site does and will continue to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 
You will not hold Austinone liable or responsible for the activities of visitors who come to your site through a link provided by our site.

6.0 YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS
You agree to indemnify and hold Austinone harmless from and against any losses, costs, damages or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from claims or actions arising from being listed in our directory.

7.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
There is no expressed or implied warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.  In the event our site goes down. We will make every reasonable effort to get the site back on line in a timely manner.  No refunds will be given.

8.0 DIRECTORY SERVICES DEFINED

All services listed below are a one time fee per url and service type.

Submission Listing: Austinone will list your website in our basic listing within 15 days from the date of payment.  A basic listing  includes the business name and the website address.

Premier Listing:  Austinone will add your website description and image in our Premier Listing section for it's corresponding category within 15 days for a one time fee of $19.99 plus tax.  The Premier Listing section is marked by a Premier Listing header.  This listing may or may not be the only site listed or to be listed in the future.  This listing order will be based on our discretion. This service is only for websites currently in our directory.

Multiple Listing: Austinone will list your website in another category on the client's suggestion* within 15 days for a one time fee of $19.99 plus tax. This service is only for websites currently in our directory.

Customized Category:  Austinone will create a new category based on the client's suggestion* within 15 days for a one time fee of $29.99 plus tax. This service is only for websites currently in our directory.

*The client's suggestion will be subject to Austinone's final approval.
